Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with airline reservations, changes, and cancellations while addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor during all interactions with customers.
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about airline operations, policies, and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Your native language and your nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service or the airline industry is beneficial, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
