As a Customer Loyalty Adviser, you will be responsible for engaging with our French-speaking customers, handling their inquiries, and resolving issues effectively to enhance their loyalty to our brand. You will play a key role in ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable, contributing to a strong sense of community and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in French is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer service or client relations is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
