Requirements

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in a corporate setting, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with corporate clients.
• Adept at understanding and addressing complex customer needs.
