• Collaborate with team members to share feedback and improve our service delivery.
• Help onboard new clients, guiding them through our services to promote their understanding and usage.
• Identify client needs and recommend solutions that enhance their experience with our products.
• Stay informed about our offerings and participate in ongoing training to improve service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English is essential.
• Prior experience in customer service or a client-facing role is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
