Your Responsibilities

• Deliver superior support to French-speaking clients by addressing their inquiries and business requirements.

• Document client interactions and feedback accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to the execution of new initiatives and processes geared toward improving service delivery.
• Remain informed about industry trends to offer informed insights to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a business support or consulting capacity is highly valued.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proven capability to work effectively in a team while also taking initiative when necessary.
