Your Responsibilities

• Engage with French-speaking clients to analyze their integration requirements and provide customised solutions.
• Lead clients through the entire integration process, ensuring a smooth transition and implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve integration challenges effectively.
• Offer training and ongoing support to enhance the client experience.
• Document all project activities and maintain clear communication throughout the integration process.
• Stay abreast of industry advancements and best practices in B2B integration.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in business-to-business integration or a related field is preferred.
• Good understanding of integration technologies and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently.
• Enthusiasm for collaboration and contributing positively to the team dynamic.
