KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage the collection's function

· To analyse and monitor customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding accounts receivable

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement collection policies and procedures and resolve customer issues and disputes related to collections

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in optimizing the collections process and reducing delinquency rates.

· Ensure the timely collection of receivables, optimizing cash flow, and maintaining strong customer relationships

Qualifications

· Masters in French, Bachelors in French

· Any other degree with certification in French

· Diploma in French

YOU MUST HAVE

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good proficiency in French; MA French, BA French, Diploma in French, B1/B2/C1/C2 certified
