[FREELANCER] Influencer Management Support

We are seeking a detail-oriented Influencer Management Support [Freelancer] to manage our seeding operations in Thailand. This is a flexible, remote-friendly role; however, you will be responsible for managing physical equipment logistics (delivery and retrieval) directly from our Thai office. You will work closely with the Thai Influencer Marketing PIC to ensure our camera units reach the right creators on time.

What You'll Do

• KPI Management: Meet monthly targets for the number of successful seeding placements.
• On-site Logistics: Visit the Thai office to arrange the delivery and handle the retrieval of camera units for each influencer.
• Equipment Management: Maintain the inventory log, check the condition of returned units, and ensure the office stock is organized.
• Reporting: Provide daily/weekly updates to the Thai IM PIC regarding delivery status and equipment tracking.
• Creator Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for influencers regarding shipping timelines and equipment returns.

Who You Are

• Language: Native/Fluent Thai. * Language Plus: Basic English is an added advantage but not a requirement.
• Location & Mobility: Must be based in Thailand and able to commute to the Thai office for equipment handling and dispatch.
• Organization: Must be highly organized with a "logistics mindset"—comfortable tracking physical assets and managing schedules.
• Experience: L1/Entry-level. Prior experience in influencer marketing, admin, or logistics is a plus.
