As a Freelance Tech Recruiter, you will play a key role in scaling Catawiki’s Tech teams in Lisbon by hiring experienced engineering talent from Brazil who are motivated and able to relocate to Europe.
This role is strongly focused on recruiting software engineers with solid experience in product-driven tech companies, ideally those who have worked on complex, scalable systems similar to the challenges we face at Catawiki. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple engineering roles, from sourcing and engaging candidates in Brazil to guiding them through a successful relocation to our Lisbon office.
You will operate fully remote from Brazil and collaborate daily with stakeholders across Portugal and the Netherlands.
You’ll work closely with Catawiki’s international Talent Management team, a collaborative group of Recruiters, L&D, and Operations specialists based across the Netherlands and Portugal. We value ownership, partnership, and continuous improvement.
