About Robovision AgTech Robotics

Robovision AgTech Robotics is Robovision’s dedicated AgTech business unit — operating

as an autonomous profitable entity with its own team, P&L, client portfolio, and product

roadmap. We develop and deploy 3D vision intelligence for agricultural robotics, with 8

proven machine concepts in the market, that have over 1,000 units running production

worldwide and generating recurring license revenue. Next to that we have an active

development pipeline of new first-of-its-kind AI-powered robotic concepts nearing market

penetration. Our partners — leading OEMs and machine builders in horticulture and

agriculture — rely on us to deliver production-grade vision solutions and help it scale

worldwide.

Your role

Are you a tech-savvy orchestrator who thrives on turning complex challenges into seamless

customer successes? We are looking for a Project Manager to join our AgTech Team and

play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between cutting-edge innovation and real-world value.

In this role, you aren’t just managing tasks; you are the single point of contact for our clients,

ensuring that every project —from kickoff to closure— delivers measurable business

outcomes. You will work at the heart of our organization, aligning the partner, commercial

lead, and technical lead to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Delivery: Own the full project lifecycle, defining scope, timelines, and resources while proactively mitigating risks.

• Bridge Technical & Commercial Worlds: Collaborate with the technical lead and engineering team to ensure technical feasibility meets customer requirements.

• Champion Customer Success: Ensure smooth handovers and focus on long-term value realization and adoption.

• Drive Strategic Alignment: Provide actionable visibility and reporting to the BU management team.

Requirements

• You hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent by experience) and have 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, specifically in customer-facing roles.

• You are fluent in Dutch and English and can tailor complex information for both technical teams and senior stakeholders.

• You are naturally curious about technology; experience with Machine Learning or IT service management is a major plus.

• You have a structured approach under pressure, an ownership mindset, and experience with coaching individuals.

• You are comfortable with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks and proficient with tools like Jira and Confluence.

• You’re based in Belgium.
