Golin is looking for a Freelance Talent Acquisition Manager, to support our team on a temporary basis.
This role will support full cycle recruiting needs, across various teams and for various positions. We need a proactive talent partner, someone who will jump in, source, screen, schedule interviews, pipeline, create and deliver offers, and support our Talent team both at the strategic and tactical level.
You will partner with teams to manage talent expectations, providing an exceptional candidate experience, collaborating and communicating with management, hiring talent at various levels, and ensuring a cohesive and successful process.
Agency recruiting experience is preferred, along with a passion for sourcing/finding talent, comfortability moving quickly, and flexibility with changing priorities, will be essential for success.
Please note: We are looking for someone to join us in a Freelance capacity only, ideally located in Chicago, for up to 3 months.

Salary range: $30 - $50 per hour
Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
