With offices in both Hamburg and Berlin, we’re currently expanding our technical teams and are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist -Tech to join us on the ground in either location. This role can either be on a freelance basis or for a limited time.
Tasks
What your day to day might look like
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across various ng-voice teams – from drafting compelling job descriptions and proactively sourcing candidates to managing applications and delivering final offers.
- Actively contribute to building a diverse and inclusive team that reflects our culture.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and improve recruitment processes, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
- Ensure a seamless and outstanding candidate experience from the very first interaction to the final offer stage.
Requirements
What we are ideally looking for
- Experience & Focus: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on tech roles and high-volume recruitment environments.
- Role Expertise: Proven experience in hiring challenging, high-volume tech roles (e.g., Software Architects, Software Engineers).
- Network: A strong tech network to be able to fill roles quickly.
- Mindset: Strategic mindset and passion for building diverse teams, with experience implementing inclusive sourcing practices.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal) to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Environment: Comfortable operating in fast-paced, scaling environments, with the ability to prioritize and adapt as needed.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working with Personio and using data to drive decisions.
- A background in agency recruitment, with a track record of delivering under pressure.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates through advanced techniques.
- Experience recruiting in or a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry.
