Freelance Copywriter (Full-Time) at Supergoop!

Supergoop!'s Freelance Copywriter will be responsible for supporting copy needs across the company. Reporting to our Senior Copywriter, they’ll work closely with designers and cross-functional teams (including CRM, web, retail, social media, paid media, and influencer marketing).

Responsibilities:

Support copy concepting and execution for sales, product launches, campaigns, and collaborations across all channels
Lead copy for email & SMS, web (including homepages, landing pages, and product pages for Supergoop.com as well as retailers), paid media, social media (including brainstorming, caption copy, post copy, and video scripts), influencer marketing, OOH activations, and in-store events
Proofread work to maintain a high standard of excellence
Assist in creating content guides to ensure consistent messaging across platforms
Collaborate with designers to bring ideas to life
Work with teams across the company to receive briefs and feedback
Help to develop and refine brand voice
Bring passion and enthusiasm to work, along with a deep personal knowledge of the beauty industry

Required Skills:

3-5 years of copywriting experience with a strong portfolio
Ability to work in our New York office three days a week
Familiarity with the beauty industry a bonus
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Ability to generate creative ideas that align with brand standards
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
Effective communication and collaboration skills
