About the Role
We are seeking a Content Strategist & Planner with strong expertise in consumer technology to join our team. This role is highly analytical and strategic, requiring research on our clients’ companies, products, and related markets—with a focus on categories such as smartphones, laptops, wearables, and smart devices.
As the Technology Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will act as the bridge between client insights and content execution, identifying opportunities, setting the direction for content development, and ensuring technical accuracy and strategic alignment across all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research and competitive analysis of client companies, products, features, and industry trends.
Act as a Technology SME, ensuring technical accuracy and relevance in all communication strategies.
Define content strategy and planning in collaboration with internal teams.
Provide insights and recommendations based on industry movements, competitor strategies, and market innovations.
Collaborate with writers, localization, and creative production teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
Requirements
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (written and spoken).
Proven experience in research, content strategy, or consulting, preferably for technology clients.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
Deep understanding of consumer technology products and markets.
Willingness to work in South Korea time zone
Available for at least 10 hours per week
Stable internet connection and personal laptop/computer
Nice-to-Have
Experience in training, enablement, or instructional content planning.
Familiarity with trend forecasting and product analysis methodologies.
