SpotMe is a leading B2B event platform that helps enterprises increase the impact of their events by delivering CRM-connected, high-quality experiences across in-person, virtual, hybrid events, and webinars. With a strong focus on life sciences, SpotMe powers Onomi: an HCP engagement product that enables medical and commercial teams to run impactful congresses, symposia, advisory boards, and webinars. This position is ideal for freelancers with hands-on experience with CMS platforms, offering remote work flexibility from anywhere in Bulgaria and managing their own schedule, while getting exposure to projects with global life sciences companies, advanced event technology, and industry best practices. It also enables the development of expertise in CMS platforms, data processing, and digital content management in a dynamic environment. You will be expected to be available and flexible to accommodate project timelines and deadlines as required.
As a Freelance Content Implementation Specialist, you will be reporting to the Operations lead and you will ensure a seamless experience for our customers by accurately and efficiently managing content within our event platform. This involves processing requests through our ticketing system (Jira) and reviewing content in our events via the CMS platform - Backstage (40%) Additionally, you will review and test uploaded content directly on our app to ensure accuracy and quality (50%), as well as communicate the status and completion of requests to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely delivery (10%).
Objectives - The problems you will solve
In your first month, you will complete onboarding and training on Jira, Backstage CMS, and quality assurance (QA) processes to ensure you understand the full content implementation workflow. You will focus on reviewing and testing uploaded content to detect errors and inconsistencies before going live. You will also learn how to communicate status updates effectively with the Operations Lead and relevant stakeholders.
After 3 months, you will conduct thorough quality assurance checks, proactively identifying and resolving content issues to maintain platform reliability.
After 12 months, you will become a QA expert, ensuring flawless content implementation and actively improving testing strategies. You will also assist in training and mentoring new freelancers, enhancing the overall team’s content implementation and QA capabilities.
