In the Operations team at EBANX, you don’t just oversee processes. You ensure that every step of our solution runs accurately, efficiently, and reliably, impacting millions of transactions worldwide. As the e-commerce market grows exponentially, so does the challenge of securing it. We are a fast-paced payments processing company with a strong footprint across Latin and Central America, and we are looking for a Fraud Prevention Senior Analyst to join our team.
Your role will focus on a critical reality of our industry: Fraud. However, we believe the real challenge isn't simply stopping fraudulent transactions, it is detecting suspicious behavior while aggressively preserving our merchants' approval rates. There is no pride in low fraud numbers if it comes at the cost of declining valid sales. We need to be precise, strategic, and user-focused. That is why we are looking for a data-driven professional with a Customer-Centric mentality and proven experience in Fraud Prevention to help us find that perfect balance.
