Fraud Operations Specialist (Part-time)

ABOUT THE FRAUD OPERATIONS TEAM This role is within our Fraud Operations team, a part of Trustly’s Financial Crime Prevention group with over 50 employees across Europe. This team is responsible for Trustly’s fraud investigation work and to make sure we protect us as a company and our customers from fraud risks.  ABOUT THE ROLE The fraud space is evolving and growing at Trustly. The Fraud Operations function ensures that Trustly’s products and processes deliver robust fraud mitigation while preserving a great customer experience and supporting Trustly’s growth.  We are looking for a part-time Fraud Operations Specialist for 20 hours a week, who can process fraud escalations in a timely manner. You will process fraud escalations in a timely manner, using an inquisitive mindset to ascertain fraud typology. We’re looking for a specialist, perhaps a student looking for their next challenge, who wants to shape our future fraud strategy and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
