Fractional Chief Financial Officer – AI Trainer

We are looking for experienced Fractional CFOs based in the EU or UK to help improve advanced AI systems.

What you’ll be doing

We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to improve large AI systems.

Your role is practical and high impact. You will:

• Review and refine AI generated responses related to financial strategy, forecasting and capital allocation

• Evaluate outputs for financial accuracy, realism and executive level judgment

• Draft complex financial scenarios such as fundraising strategy, cash flow crises, margin optimisation, restructuring, M&A evaluation or scaling across markets

• Create variations of the same scenario from different stakeholder perspectives such as founder, board member, investor or finance team

• Identify weaknesses in financial reasoning, modelling assumptions, risk assessment or capital planning logic

In simple terms:
You will assess and improve AI generated content to ensure it reflects real world CFO level thinking, financial discipline and strategic trade offs.

This is not traditional finance execution. Instead of managing one company’s financial operations, you will help improve how AI systems understand and apply financial leadership at scale.

Your input directly improves how AI performs on financial strategy and executive decision making topics.

Who this is for

You are:

• A current or former Fractional CFO, CFO or senior finance leader

• Based in the EU or UK

• With significant experience in financial leadership, fundraising, scaling companies or managing complex financial environments

• Experienced in areas such as financial planning and analysis, capital raising, debt structuring, cost optimisation, M&A, investor reporting or financial governance

• Comfortable identifying flawed financial assumptions, weak modelling logic and unrealistic growth projections

• Available 8 to 20 hours per week

• Able to start in the coming weeks

This role is fully remote and flexible.
It works well alongside your existing client engagements.
