Fractional Chief Compliance Officer - AI Trainer

Are you a Fractional Chief Compliance Officer who wants to apply your regulatory leadership expertise in a new way?

Do you have 8 to 20 hours per week available alongside your client portfolio, advisory roles or board commitments?

We are looking for experienced Fractional CCOs based in the EU or UK to help improve advanced AI systems.

What you’ll be doing

We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to improve large AI systems.

Your role is practical and high impact. You will:

• Review and refine AI generated responses related to compliance strategy, regulatory governance and risk oversight

• Evaluate outputs for regulatory accuracy, enforcement realism and organisational feasibility

• Draft complex compliance scenarios such as cross border regulatory exposure, internal investigations, AML failures, data protection breaches, whistleblower cases or regulator interactions

• Create variations of the same scenario from different perspectives such as Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel, regulator, board member or risk committee

Identify weaknesses in control frameworks, risk assessments, monitoring logic or escalation procedures

In simple terms:
You will assess and improve AI generated content to ensure it reflects real world compliance leadership, regulatory accountability and risk based decision making.

This is not operational compliance execution. Instead of overseeing one organisation’s compliance function, you will help improve how AI systems understand and reason about compliance governance at scale.

Your input directly improves how AI performs on regulatory and compliance leadership topics.

Who this is for

You are:

• A current or former Fractional Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Compliance Officer or senior compliance leader

• Based in the EU or UK

• With significant experience leading compliance programmes, regulatory engagement and risk management frameworks

• Experienced in areas such as AML and financial crime, data protection, conduct risk, governance, regulatory reporting or sector specific compliance regimes

• Comfortable identifying weak control environments, flawed risk assessments and unrealistic regulatory interpretations

• Available 8 to 20 hours per week

• Able to start in the coming weeks

This role is fully remote and flexible.
It works well alongside your existing client or board commitments.
