Hybrid (Greater Vancouver Area)

Hybrid GVA: $130,000 to $180,000

Are you a senior finance leader who wants to work exclusively with not-for-profit organizations and help shape the future of not-for-profit financial management in Canada?

At Enkel, we are building Canada’s most innovative accounting and financial operations firm, with a fast-growing and dedicated not-for-profit practice at the center of our strategy. This year alone, we plan to onboard an additional 100 not-for-profit organizations, making this one of the most exciting growth initiatives in our firm’s history.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced CFO to work exclusively with NPOs, partner closely with executive directors and boards, lead strategic finance initiatives, and mentor the next generation of finance professionals, all within a modern, cloud-first environment.

About Us

Enkel was founded to challenge traditional accounting firms by combining deep technical expertise with cloud-based technology and modern delivery models.

Our not-for-profit clients span charities, foundations, associations, and social enterprises across Canada. In addition to client work, Enkel is deeply involved in sector education, governance discussions, and thought leadership, making us a recognized voice in not-for-profit finance.  You may have worked with Enkel through organizations you have been part of, or recognize our name from our partnerships with Charity Village, Vantage Point, and the Ontario Nonprofit Network.

At Enkel, we are not just delivering accounting services. We are building the future of financial operations for mission-driven organizations.
