The Role: Data analysis and financial health are vital to Snif’s trajectory and success. The FP&A Manager will own demand planning, forecasting, and performance insights by product and channel across Snif’s DTC and wholesale businesses. This role sits at the center of decision-making and works cross-functionally with operations, marketing, creative, and retail to translate data into clear, actionable insights that shape inventory buys, launches, and growth initiatives. This is a highly visible role that serves as the connective tissue between finance, operations, marketing, and retail with meaningful exposure to leadership, investor reporting, and board-level analysis. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to operate in a fast-moving consumer brand. What You'll Do:
  • Demand Planning & Forecasting 
  • Lead forecasting and scenario planning for DTC and wholesale businesses at the SKU level by week or month
  • Forecast initial launch quantities for new products using historical performance, comparable SKUs, and business context 
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, retail, and operations to assess the demand impact of promotions, launches, and activations
  • Continuously refine forecasting accuracy and assumptions as new data becomes available

  • KPI Reporting & Business Insights
  • Own weekly reporting on the most critical business trends, including: DTC performance (sales, AOV, SKU-level trends), wholesale sell-through by SKU and door, inventory levels and forward-looking risk or opportunity 
  • Build and maintain KPI tracking for newer, high-priority channels such as Amazon and TikTok Shop 
  • Develop and improve financial models that support planning, forecasting, and decision-making

  • Financial Statement Analysis & Planning
  • Support in-month budgeting and forecasting across revenue, margin, and operating expenses 
  • Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Retail teams to understand upcoming spend and its impact on financial performance
  • Produce sales and performance analysis by SKU and channel for leadership, investors, and board materials
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close through accrual support and analytical review
  • Contribute to management and board presentations that clearly articulate performance trends and strategic implications
  • What You’ll Bring:
  • 4+ years of experience in investment banking, FP&A, VC/PE investing, management consulting, strategic finance or related roles 
  • Experience in fast-growing consumer, retail, or omnichannel businesses
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Shopify is a plus
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Strong ownership mentality and comfort navigating ambiguity in a startup environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Curiosity, rigor, and a desire to continuously improve processes and outputs
