FP&A Manager - Office of the CEO

This FP&A Manager will work closely with the Founder & CEO to support company-wide strategic and financial decision-making. The role is highly cross-functional and focused on building clear financial narratives, models, and insights that inform leadership, board, and investor discussions. We are looking for someone who can think strategically about product investment decisions — someone who can model out whether it's worth investing time and resources into a product line or market opportunity based on TAM analysis, unit economics, and ROI. This is not a heads-down spreadsheet role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and runway analysis
  • Build and maintain strategic financial models related to growth, pricing, and unit economics
  • Prepare financial materials for board meetings and investor updates
  • Partner with CEO on ad-hoc analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives and trade-offs
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to connect operational plans to financial outcomes
  • Help ensure a consistent, accurate financial story across leadership communications

  • Leadership has timely, decision-ready financial insights
  • Strategic initiatives are evaluated with clear financial context
  • Board and investor materials are clear, credible, and well-supported

Requirements

  • 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience
  • Advanced skills in Excel & SQL.
  • Comfortable working with senior leadership and handling ambiguous requests
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
  • Experience in high-growth startups or technology companies preferred
  • Proficiency with Netsuite.
