What We are looking for 

As an FP&A Manager at Novibet, you will support the financial planning process, drive accurate forecasting, contribute to strategic business plans, and evaluate expansion scenarios across markets and products.

What you will work on

• Support forecasting cycles, long-term planning, and budget preparation under the guidance of the Head of FP&A
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models for business plans, new market assessments and product economics.
• Analyze core Game Tech KPIs and translate findings into actionable insights
• Prepare business cases for new geography entries, licensing opportunities, product launches, partnership models, and potential M&A scenarios
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Trading, Operations, and Data teams to align financial assumptions with business drivers and operating metrics
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to evaluate potential impacts on business performance and future planning
• Support monthly performance reviews, conducting variance analysis and identifying risks, opportunities, and improvement areas
• Enhance internal financial reporting, dashboards, and planning processes to improve speed, accuracy, and transparency.
• Present analysis and insights to the Head of FP&A and other senior stakeholders in a clear, concise, and structured manner

 What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional qualifications (ACCA, CFA, CIMA) are a plus
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A or a similar role, preferably within Game Tech or other data-driven digital industries
• Strong expertise in forecasting, financial modeling, and scenario analysis
• Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with BI tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills, capable of working with complex datasets and cross-functional stakeholders
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
