About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy FP&A Manager to join our Finance team and drive financial planning, reporting, and decision support across Nanit’s global operations. This is a highly visible role at the center of the business, partnering closely with leaders across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations to improve financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

In this role, you will report directly to Nanit’s Chief Financial Officer and own the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and performance reporting across manufacturing costs, logistics, headcount, and variable departmental spend, including consulting and professional services. You will help establish financial rigor and accountability across multiple business units while delivering clear, data-driven insights that support both day-to-day execution and Nanit’s continued growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Serve as a strategic finance partner to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations leaders, owning budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans while influencing resourcing and investment decisions
  • Build, own, and continuously improve detailed financial models that support operational planning, scenario analysis, and strategic initiatives across the business
  • Partner with functional leaders to analyze financial and operational performance, surface key trends and risks, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability
  • Own headcount and personnel expense forecasting for assigned departments, partnering closely with the People team to model hiring plans, timing, and cost implications
  • Lead analysis of departmental variable spend, including variance analysis and cost optimization opportunities, and drive accountability against budget targets
  • Develop executive-ready reporting packages and dashboards that surface key operational KPIs and cost drivers, improving transparency and enabling faster decision-making
  • Monitor and interpret KPIs and financial metrics to ensure alignment with company goals, proactively flagging risks and recommending corrective actions

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related role 
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem solving skills 
  • Expert in Excel Sheets, Google Sheets, and comfortable managing large data sets 
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to connect financial outcomes to operational drivers
  • Strong communicator who can distill complex analyses into clear insights for business partners at all levels.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) preferred.
  • Experience with SQL or Python for data analysis is a plus.

EEO, Salary and Location:

This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC headquarters 3 days per week.

$150,000 - $160,000 base salary, plus bonus, equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.
