GHJ has partnered with a reputable entertainment organization that is seeking a highly analytical FP&A professional to join its Accounting and Finance team. This position plays a key role in supporting leadership with sophisticated financial insights, forward-looking modeling, and clear data storytelling that informs strategic decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills, curiosity, and the ability to translate complex information into compelling, executive-ready narratives.
Key Responsibilities
Support executive leadership throughout the annual budgeting and reporting cycles.
Design and maintain flexible financial models and scenario analyses to inform strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners and external vendors to validate assumptions and ensure the integrity of model inputs.
Partner with the accounting team to enhance data architecture, validation processes, and governance standards.
Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline data collection, increase accuracy and consistency, and improve overall reporting efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
6+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, business analysis, or similar roles.
