As an FP&A Analyst - Systems, you will play a key role in optimizing financial systems and reporting processes to align with Milence’s strategic and financial objectives. Working closely with the Technology, Network, and cross-functional teams, you will deliver actionable insights, enhance efficiency, and streamline processes. 

Reporting to the Senior Financial Controller, this role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who thrives on simplifying complex financial data and contributing to the success of a fast-growing, sustainable organization. 

Your responsibilities will be 

• Analyzing financial data to detect budget variances and offering actionable insights to management and project teams. 

• Operating as the primary financial liaison for Deployment Managers, Regional Leads, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on financial matters. 

• Translating complex financial data into clear, concise presentations for both financial and non-financial audiences. 

• Effectively communicating financial results, forecasts, and insights to support strategic planning and informed decision-making across departments. 

• Managing and optimizing financial systems (such as VENA, Excel, and Power BI) to streamline data entry and enhance reporting accuracy. 

• Driving continuous improvement in financial reporting processes, developing user-friendly dashboards and reports for stakeholders. 

• Troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues, ensuring seamless integration of financial systems with other business functions and departments. 

• Owning financial tracking and reporting for site-specific projects, ensuring comprehensive monitoring of both CAPEX and OPEX throughout the project lifecycle. 

• Collaborating with deployment managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project costs stay within budget, taking corrective actions when needed.
