At Readymode, we believe the best finance teams don't just report on the business. They help shape it. We're looking for an FP&A Analyst who's energized by that challenge: someone who's equally at home building a three-statement model as they are experimenting with AI tools to make the whole function sharper and faster.
This is a role with real visibility and impact, not a back-office seat. You'll work closely with our CFO and partner across every part of the business.
What You'll Own
- Support the development and maintenance of Readymode's long-range financial models and contribute to our forecasting cadence, helping push us from descriptive finance toward predictive finance
- Use AI tools (LLM-assisted formula logic, automated data extraction, forecasting plug-ins) to increase accuracy and reduce cycle time
- Collaborate with functional leaders to help them understand their cost drivers and make smarter decisions
- Analyze how our cost structure behaves as we scale, and identify where automation keeps us lean and high-output
- Build dashboards and reporting that executives use and rely on, with the goal of enabling plain-language financial queries
- Contribute to the evaluation and rollout of tools that meaningfully reduce manual spreadsheet hours across the finance function
- Analyze pipeline data, tracking sales performance metrics, and helping connect revenue activity to financial outcomes
- Assist in maintaining and improving data integrity across our revenue systems, ensuring clean and reliable inputs for financial reporting and forecasting
Who You Are
- 3–6 years in FP&A or similar, with exposure to SaaS
- You understand ARR, LTV, and CAC as the building blocks of a business model, not just acronyms, and can connect them to all three financial statements
- Genuinely excited about AI in finance: you've already used LLMs to speed up analysis, debug formulas, draft commentary, or automate something that used to take hours
- Advanced Excel skills are a must — you're comfortable with complex models, nested formulas, and building tools others rely on
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, including scripts, API connections, and AI extensions is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce and Power BI is a strong asset — comfort pulling and interpreting data across systems is a big part of this role
- A clear communicator who can translate financial data into actionable insights and bring stakeholders along, without losing the relationship
- A builder's mentality: you want to help design the modern finance stack, not just maintain a legacy one
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or a Revenue Operations function, with a SaaS emphasis preferred
- Advanced Excel proficiency — this is a hard requirement
- Experience with Salesforce and Power BI is a strong asset
- Demonstrated curiosity or hands-on experience using AI tools to improve financial workflows (examples or a portfolio are a plus)
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Why Readymode?
- Profitable and growing: we're a bootstrapped SaaS scaleup that has built a real business without outside funding, which means the work you do here actually matters
- Build something that lasts: an opportunity to shape something meaningful and grow alongside it
- Direct exposure to leadership: close collaboration with the CFO and visibility into the strategic direction of the business
- Clarity and structure: we run on EOS — clear priorities, defined accountability, and no ambiguity about what success looks like
- Talented team: work with driven people who value execution and results
- Competitive package: strong compensation, benefits from day 1, RRSP matching, and a learning budget to keep growing
