Job Summary: 
We are seeking a diligent and motivated FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team. In this role you will assist in providing financial insights and support for decision making, business planning and budgeting/forecasting. You will work closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner and other business stakeholders to analyse financial performance, prepare reports and help drive evidence-based decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to develop a strong foundation in financial planning and analysis. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the preparation and consolidation of monthly financial reports. 
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes. 
  • Analyse variances between actual and forecasted financials, providing insights into key drivers and trends. 
  • Collect, analyse and interpret financial data to support business decision making, performance improvements and provide data for prospective new sales. 
  • Assist in the creation of presentations and reports for senior leadership 
  • Monitor and track financial KPIs and other performance indicators. 
  • Support collaboration with teams across the business to help align targets and processes. 
  • Work in partnership with Commercial Teams for cost planning in preparation for bids and tenders,  
  • Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed. 
  • Develop and maintain Excel based reports, dashboards and financial models.
