Job Summary
Foundry Technical Management will support and drive the fab activities, including Fab product transfer, Fab technology transfer, Change control, Safe launch as well as New Product Introductions (NPI), etc.

master’s degree in electrical, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or related field with 3 years of experience in Semiconductors (Fab Integration Engineering, Technology Development). Knowledgeable in BCD process, Split gate MOSFET, and power devices. Hands on experience taking a newly introduced technology/ product to benchmark process performance. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
