About the Role:
We are looking for a visionary Visual Effects Artist with deep expertise in AI-driven creative workflows to take on a unique leadership opportunity. This is not just a production role—it’s an entrepreneurial position where you will co-found and build a new post-production company in partnership with one of our major media partners. You will define the creative and technical direction, establish operational workflows, and lead a team that sets new standards for innovation in VFX and AI integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of a new post-production company, including:
- Developing the business model and service offerings
- Recruiting and mentoring a world-class creative and technical team
- Establishing scalable workflows that leverage AI for efficiency and creativity
- Drive the artistic vision for high-end VFX across film, television, and immersive media projects.
- Integrate AI-powered tools (generative models, ML-based compositing, automated rotoscoping) into the pipeline to deliver cutting-edge results.
- Collaborate with our media partner to ensure strategic alignment and long-term growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and position the company as a leader in AI-driven post-production.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a VFX Artist or Supervisor in film, TV, or gaming.
- Proven track record of leadership in creative or technical teams.
- Expertise in industry-standard VFX software (Houdini, Nuke, Maya, Blender) and AI tools (Runway, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly).
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with experience in studio setup, business development, or launching new ventures.
- Ability to combine creative vision with operational execution.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with generative AI models and machine learning concepts.
- Experience with real-time rendering engines (Unreal Engine, Unity).
- Strong network within the media and entertainment industry.
