Location: San Francisco, CA (In-person)

Compensation: $150K – $200K • 0.10% – 0.25% Equity

We believe the way engineering output is measured today is fundamentally broken. Our mission is to build the definitive platform for understanding how engineering teams work, using modern AI to surface meaningful insights about productivity, quality, and collaboration—without the vanity metrics.

As our Founding Product Engineer, you won’t just be writing code; you will be defining the technical foundation and product direction of the company. You will work directly with our CTO (a former founding engineer) and CEO (a seasoned sales leader) in a small, intense, and highly collaborative environment. Your primary goal is to build things customers love.

What you’ll do:

• End-to-End Product Ownership: Talk to customers to understand their pain points, then design, plan, and build the solutions.
• Full-Stack Development: Write the backend, frontend, and infrastructure needed to bring new features to life.
• Iterate Rapidly: Release features, collect customer feedback, and iterate. You’ll find the right balance between a "hacky fix" for speed and a robust solution for long-term stability.
• Shape the Future: Join at the ground floor to influence how millions of engineers and leaders understand and improve their work.

• Excellent Communication: You can articulate technical and product concepts clearly to both engineers and executives.
• Eligibility: Must be a US Citizen or current Visa holder (New grads are welcome to apply).

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with our stack: React/TypeScript, Go, or Python.
• Passable design sensibilities.
• Deep interest in engineering productivity and team dynamics.
