Are you a dynamic, results-driven sales leader excited by the prospect of building something from the ground up? This is your opportunity to be the Founding Head of Sales (m/w/d) for Booksy in Germany 🇩🇪, acting as our very first hire in the market and leading the charge to launch and scale our platform across the country.
You'll be the architect and driver of our German sales strategy, taking ownership of the entire market's sales trajectory. Working closely with our Chief Operating Officer, you'll blend high-level strategy with hands-on execution to establish our brand, define our sales playbook for the region, and build your own high-performing sales team from scratch.
This isn’t a role about following an existing path — it’s about pioneering our German expansion.
