• work closely with our customers, understand their problems, and come up with killer product features
• build scalable backend infrastructure to handle thousands of AI phone calls a day

We care deeply about doing excellent work, and we’re looking for a like-minded software engineer to join our engineering team.

Winning at telli requires a few core skills:

• product mindset: our tech stack includes TypeScript, React, TanStack, Node, Postgres as well as temporal.io. But more than familiarity with any specific technology, we value a customer-centric approach and ability to ship end-to-end features.
• ability to work fast in a high-ambiguity environment: as an early-stage startup, we’re inventing a product as well as building it. We’re moving fast. If you have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software in a strong engineering team, that’s a big plus.
• desire to work in-person from our HQ in Berlin: we believe quality of interactions is higher in an in-person environment. We collaborate deeply and often communicate by tapping one another on the shoulder.
