We have real capital in and our MVP is being professionally built by a dev agency right now, launching into beta this year.

This is a founding engineer role.
You're not joining a team, you are the team.
You'll take full ownership of the codebase after handoff and build everything that comes next.

Stack: React.js + ASP.NET Core (C#). Full-stack. Sensitive personal data so encryption and compliance experience matters.

What's on offer: $170-200k + undiluted equity via ESOP (base grant vesting over 3 years + performance milestones tied to real company outcomes).

Total potential equity is well above industry median for a first engineering hire.
