Founder’s Office: Growth/Ops

TLDR

Work directly with the CEO on operations and strategy, coordinating high-impact projects and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Founder's Office – Growth/Ops (Assistant to the CEO)

Location: Remote
Schedule: Must overlap with US Pacific Time (PST)

We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful, and entrepreneurial operator to join the Founder’s Office and work directly with our CEO. This is not a traditional assistant role — it’s a hybrid of operations, strategy, project management, and rapid‑fire execution.

If you thrive in fast‑changing environments, love solving problems before they escalate, and can shift from tactical tasks to strategic thinking in minutes, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Do
Your day will never look the same twice. You might be:
• Coordinating travel or preparing a briefing for the CEO
• Structuring a rollout plan for a 20‑store retail chain
• Conducting research to support a strategic decision
• Jumping into an operational fire drill and bringing order to chaos
• Acting as an extension of the CEO — anticipating needs, removing blockers, and keeping projects moving

You’re expected to research before asking, think independently, and know when a quick escalation saves time. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams across time zones.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re targeting a young, driven, entrepreneurial operator — ideally someone who has worked with US‑based teams and is hungry to grow into a high‑impact role.

Must-Have Qualifications
• Proven project management experience, ideally in a tech or fast‑moving environment
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
• A technical foundation — experience in software engineering, data science, or related fields
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking; able to turn vague directives into structured plans
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and comfort working closely with executives
• Ability to work at least 4 hours daily in PST

Nice-to-Have Experience
• Interest or experience in AI, especially computer vision
• Background in product or project management within tech
• Understanding of retail operations and loss prevention challenges
• Experience as a founder, or time spent in VC, consulting, or banking
• Prior work with US companies or global tech teams
