Position: Founder’s Associate / Operations Manager (ABA)
Location: Remote (Working US Hours - 9am-5pm EST)

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Founder in daily operations and strategic planning, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate and oversee the operational functions of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including program implementation and compliance.
- Manage and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and support scaling of services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor treatment plans, ensuring quality and effectiveness.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct research and analysis to evaluate operational performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service and communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Psychology, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in operations management, ideally within the healthcare or ABA sector.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools.
