- You support our Co-founders with their respective leadership responsibility in sales & marketing and customer success management, product management and company building
- You own strategically significant projects from idea generation to operational execution
- You streamline and professionalize major parts of our business, driving continuous improvement in all areas of our business, thus laying the foundations for a rapid growth and smooth operations.
- You are a special agent and trouble shooter, saving the akiro world through mitigating risk and addressing urgent requirements whenever needed
- You support financial and performance reporting and investor relations
- Currently enrolled in a German university at the Bachelor’s or Master’s level in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable curriculum
- First previous working experience
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and German (strong bonus)
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Proficient skills in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, Teams)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced international environment
