Your mission

The context
Holidog Group operates multiple consumer brands in the pet space. The CEO has built and scaled several businesses and is looking for a right-hand intern to help move things forward across three companies simultaneously.
The scope is intentionally broad. Some weeks it's a product project, others it's a business initiative or a brand overhaul — and you'll be working across all of them.

What you'll work on
Tech & AI projects Help integrate AI across the product lifecycle — from writing specs and coordinating QA to finding smarter, faster ways of working.
Business projects Coordinate and execute cross-functional initiatives with a direct impact on growth. You own the follow-up until things are closed.
Day-to-day with the CEO Be present across decisions, calls, and whatever comes up. The goal is to help things move forward — and to learn by being in the room.
Current focus areas span a brand relaunch, growth initiatives on an active D2C brand, and a product redesign on a third. The mix will evolve.

Your profile

What we're looking for
A results-first mindset. You instinctively focus on what moves the needle and don't get lost in the details that don't matter.
You move fast and plan ahead. Deadlines don't stress you — waiting on others does.
Clear and concise in how you communicate. Written or verbal, you get to the point quickly.
Able to manage several projects at once and keep track of all of them.
Genuinely curious about AI — not just aware of the tools, but actively using them to work better.
We're a pet company at heart — loving animals is a big plus.
