We’re looking for a multi-skilled Marketing professional who can think creatively, execute fast, and move seamlessly between strategy and hands-on delivery. This role sits at the heart of our growth efforts - blending content, advertising, design, and analytics to fuel visibility and performance. You Will Own
Performance Marketing: Launch, scale, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and programmatic, with full control of targeting, bidding, creative testing, attribution, UTMs, and CAC/ROAS tracking
Creative Strategy: Brainstorm and produce engaging content - from social posts to ad copy and landing pages. Analyze and optimize full-funnel journeys from click to activation and upsell.
Design & Storytelling: Create visual assets (Canva, Figma, or similar) that enhance our brand and campaigns
SEO & Growth: Manage keyword research and SEO activities and write content that drives discoverability and traffic
Performance Analysis: Review campaign data, evaluate creative tests, and recommend what to double down on
Lifecycle & CRM Automation: Build onboarding, retention, and winback flows; manage email deliverability; create personalized drip campaigns; and integrate CRM with product and ads for real-time nurturing
Guerrilla Marketing: Experiment with unconventional ideas that stand out in the AI and tech space.
Product Demos: Record product demos, marketing explainers, or campaign screencasts to showcase impact
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with founders and product leads to align messaging, campaigns, and brand narrative
Growth Experiments & Strategic Plays: Run scrappy acquisition tests, manage influencer and affiliate programs, build co-marketing loops, and drive community-led growth initiatives.

Passionate about modern marketing, creative testing, performance analysis, and AI trends
Experience with graphic design, campaign management, and multi-channel experimentation
Preferred Skills & Experience
1–2 years marketing experience, ideally across several domains (content, SEO, ads, creative).
You’ve taken a B2B SaaS from $0 to $1–5M ARR
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.) and basic design platforms (Canva/Figma).
Experience in AI or tech-driven companies is a plus
Good understanding of marketing fundamentals, analytics, and experimentation
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to speed up execution
Proven track record managing meaningful ad budgets across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
Experience optimizing funnels and landing pages using CRO best practices
Experience with email marketing platforms, influencer or affiliate campaigns
Proven track record in SEO strategy, content production, and performance measurement
Hands-on with tools like GA4, Framer, PostHog, and Google, Meta, LinkedIn campaign managers
Excellent copywriting and design instincts, with the ability to create or direct the development of high-quality marketing assets
Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar tools
