About Reapra

• We are a Venture Firm that focuses on founders first, not ideas. We invest in the self-development of aspiring founders and guide them in solving very long-term problems of 20-30 years. Our founders do not focus on fundraising. Rather, from day 1, they aim for profitability and becoming a financially, culturally sustainable business.

Requirements

• No prior experience needed. Beginner’s mindset is necessary. 
• No startup ideas needed. We prefer you place your ideas on the side while going through our Program. Come with an open mind!
• All trainees are required to go through a discernment process called Intensive Foundation Design (IFD) before being considered for investment. This is not a formal interview. Instead, it’s a deeper discourse and reflection on your personal background that goes beyond careers and entrepreneurship before being tied back to what is critical for you in your career decisions and shaping your future business

Expectations of the Trainee IFD Program:

• Participants: You and 1 Reapra Supporter + any additional people in Reapra that we believe could help in discussion
• Duration: Estimated 3 months or more, depending on progress
• Time Commitment: 1-2 hours a week, online
