WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Provide direct field support for Electronic Warfare (EW) systems, including logistics coordination, training, and system fielding activities.
Serve as a key liaison between operational units and development teams, ensuring rapid communication of operational needs and technical feedback.
Participate in Soldier Touch Points such as User Juries, Force-on-Force Training Scenarios (FTS), Situational Training Exercises (STX), Command Post Exercises (CPX), Warfighter Exercises (WFX), and Combat Training Center (CTC) rotations to validate system performance and operational effectiveness.
Capture and document bug reports, operational feedback, and enhancement requests from field users and integrate them into the agile development backlog.
Deliver over-the-shoulder training and operational support to military units employing EW systems during exercises and deployments.
Coordinate with program and engineering teams to support system integration events, testing, and fielding activities.
Travel regularly to support operational units, integration events, and training exercises.
WHAT YOU HAVE DONE
Bachelor’s degree and 8–12 years of relevant experience supporting DoD or national security missions.
Active U.S. Secret security clearance required at start (TS preferred).
Experience with Electronic Warfare (EW) systems and operational concepts, including familiarity with EWPMT.
Knowledge of EW sensor platforms such as S2AS, TLS Manpack, TLS EAB, or TLS EW.
Familiarity with related operational systems such as Maven Smart System, Rover, Lattice, or JSDR.
At least 3 years of military planning or operational experience, with an understanding of military organizational structures, planning processes, and operational activities.
Familiarity with DoD acquisition and fielding processes, particularly Programs of Record (POR).
Strong coordination and organizational skills across military and civilian organizations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing briefings and documentation using the Microsoft Office Suite.
EVEN BETTER
Prior experience coordinating Program of Record (POR) fielding activities.
Direct operational experience supporting Electronic Warfare Programs of Record.
Experience working within Agile software development environments supporting operational systems.
Previous experience embedded with operational units during exercises or deployments.
