The Opportunity: About the Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will bring Invoca’s existing AI Agents to life inside real customer environments. You will extend and deploy Invoca’s existing SMS Agent within customer environments by integrating it with their enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources—enabling the agent to access the right context, trigger workflows, and operate reliably within real production processes.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical success of our customer deployments.. You should be someone who can rapidly build, configure and deploy production-ready solutions based on established architectural templates, while taking full ownership of the end-to-end integration lifecycle, from inbound data pipelines to complex outbound downstream systems, ensuring that data flows securely and efficiently between our AI infrastructure and the customer’s existing enterprise ecosystem.
In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging our core platform with the next generation of Agentic conversational experiences. .
