As a Forklift Operator, you’ll be responsible for material movement, inventory accuracy, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment that supports production success.

 What You’ll Do

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage materials
• Ensure accurate inventory transactions using ERP systems (Navision experience a plus)
• Perform cycle counts, bin checks, and inventory audits
• Utilize computer systems for tracking, reporting, and documentation
• Maintain clean, labeled, and organized storage areas (6-S standards)
• Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies
• Support production teams with timely material replenishment
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Communicate effectively across shifts to ensure seamless operations

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Proven forklift operating experience required + Certification provided
• Strong safety mindset and commitment to safe equipment handling
• Comfortable using computers, ERP systems, and basic Microsoft Office programs
• Solid math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals, and operating instructions
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 100 lbs)
• Willingness to work evening shift and support other shifts as needed
