Today, the average pet only reaches 37% of their full potential lifespan - the oldest dogs live to 30+ years old, the average dog passes away at only 11 years old :( — and statistics have shown us that most suffer from dental disease, cancer, and obesity. Simply put, the status quo is not enough.

Today, we are proud to share we’ve served over 50 million meals to puppers and their parents across Australia, and this is just the beginning. Our vision is to create multiple nutritional products, adding disease prevention meals and supplements, and expand into new markets.

What you'll do:

Warehouse Operations

• Follow all safety, HACCP, and SHEQ requirements; report hazards and participate in safety checks.
• Operate forklifts across warehouse areas including high-reach, double-deep racks, and freezer zones.
• Handle inbound/outbound goods, ensuring accurate inventory data entry and stock checks.
• Maintain correct temperature controls for receival and storage (freezer below –15°C; chillers 0–5°C).
• Keep work areas clean and organised, supporting 5S routines.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and assembly.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily targets.

Equipment Operation

• Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment.
• Complete daily equipment checks and report faults immediately.

Material Handling

• Load/unload trucks efficiently and safely.
• Move, stack, and organise products to optimise space and workflow.

Inventory & Shipping

• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate documentation.
• Use warehouse systems to track stock movements.
• Inspect incoming goods and prepare outgoing shipments with correct labelling, packing, and paperwork.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating forklifts (including high-reach, double-deep, or freezer environments).
• Background in warehousing, logistics, or distribution.
• Experience with shipping/receiving and inventory processes.
• Minimum 1 year high-reach forklift (double deep)

• Minimum 1 year freezer experience (-15 degree celcius)
• Forklift licence
• A truck licence (HR) will be highly regarded.
