Forklift Operator: Advanced Technology (Full-Time)

We are seeking skilled and safety-focused individuals for a Full-Time Forklift Operator – Advanced Technology role. This position supports modern warehouse and industrial operations using advanced material-handling technology and offers paid training, certification, and long-term career opportunities.
Training & Certification
- Paid training program provided
- 6 weeks of virtual training, followed by 1 week of onsite, hands-on training
- Certificate awarded upon successful completion of training
- Training start date: February 16th
- Interviews will take place in late January and early February
Key Responsibilities
- Operate advanced-technology forklifts and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Transport, load, and unload materials in warehouse or industrial environments
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Follow safety protocols, operational procedures, and site regulations
- Support inventory movement and workflow efficiency
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of one (1) year of advanced technological forklift operator experience
- Personal computer with reliable internet access for virtual training
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to agree to a background check
- Willingness to agree to a drug test
- Ability to attend and complete all required training sessions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
