TLDR

Supervise production employees, ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, and drive team performance toward production targets through effective planning.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervises hourly production employees
Ensures safety and health policies are followed
Complies with environmental programs, guidelines and policies
Provides training to the hourly workforce
Fosters positive teamwork
Responsible for the planning and scheduling of plant activities on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to reach production targets
Provides input to process improvements
May participate in project or planning activities that go beyond day-to-day supervision of the team

Qualifications:

Minimum Education Details

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience Required

4+ years related experience
