The Asset Manager – Foreclosure & Auctions (Entry Level) supports the end‑to‑end processing of foreclosure assets by listing, managing, and tracking properties scheduled for sale. This role works closely with internal teams, foreclosure attorneys, trustees, auctioneers, and vendors to ensure accurate processing, timely updates, and compliance with defined procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new foreclosure referrals into internal systems (Equator) for sale processing
  • Accurately list and market foreclosure properties on Hubzu as sales are scheduled
  • Source and verify property details (bed/bath count, lot size, property type, etc.) from public records and online sources
  • Coordinate with vendors to order marketing photos; review and upload images to Hubzu
  • Work with foreclosure attorneys, trustee offices, and internal partners to obtain bidding instructions and sale clearances
  • Prepare and update bidding packages for scheduled foreclosure auctions
  • Coordinate with auctioneers to ensure sales are conducted as per provided instructions
  • Receive foreclosure sale results and update internal systems with accurate status and outcome details
  • Maintain timely and accurate system updates throughout the foreclosure lifecycle
  • Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and client‑mandated SLAs

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in foreclosure processing, auction support, real estate operations, or mortgage servicing
  • Basic understanding of foreclosure and auction processes
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately
  • Ability to handle moderate to high volumes without errors
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for time‑sensitive coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, tracking, basic reporting)
  • Comfort using multiple systems and learning new tools (Equator, Hubzu)
