Food Production Operative (Nights)

Salary: £28,288.10 per year (£15.06 per hour)
Shifts: Monday–Friday, 22:00–06:00

At our York site – home of Poppets and XXX Mints – we produce some of the UK’s most recognisable confectionery. Every role is key to keeping production on track and ensuring every product meets our high quality standards.

As a Night Production Operative, you’ll work with our machinery and production processes to keep everything running efficiently overnight. You’ll set up equipment, monitor performance, and make adjustments where needed. This is a hands-on role, so you’ll be involved in troubleshooting and completing routine checks to make sure production and quality targets are met.
