The Flynn Fellowship is dedicated to developing the next generation of specialized nursing through this prestigious fellowship. An immersive, preceptor-based fellowship enhances your nursing skills including palliative care education through observation, hands-on experience, and supervised participation. Work alongside interdisciplinary teams to develop clinical skills, communication techniques, and the compassionate approach essential for palliative nursing.
