Compensation: USD $1,500 / month
Minimum commitment: 160 hours / month
Location: Remote (must have strong English + high availability overlap for live build sessions)
Growth: Performance-based pay increases available via KPI program
About The Position
You will be helping us with our next-generation consumer experience: a FlutterFlow app powered by a schema-driven AI backend, Ai driven designs, with a highly automated process workflow.
What you’ll do
You’ll be our FlutterFlow full-stack builder: beautiful UI, clean information architecture, strong integrations, and reliable shipping.
- Build and maintain the FlutterFlow frontend using a schema-driven rendering approach.
- Ship pixel-perfect UI/UX with polished interactions, states, animations, and responsive behavior.
- Integrate the app with backend APIs (primarily the /experience/orchestrate lane and supporting endpoints), including auth, tenant awareness, and robust error handling.
- Collaborate tightly with our AI Tech Lead, Intelligence Officer and Product team to turn agentic product capabilities into shippable screens (dashboards, cards, chat attachments, actions, flows).
- Use AI in your workflow every day (AI-assisted development, AI-assisted design, AI-assisted QA), and stay genuinely up-to-date with new tools.
Requirements
What we’re looking for (must-haves)
- Strong FlutterFlow shipping history: you’ve built and launched real FlutterFlow apps to production.
- Strong UI craft: you can deliver pixel-perfect execution and consistent design systems inside FlutterFlow.
- Solid integration skills: REST APIs, auth flows, state management, offline/latency states, caching patterns, error/empty/loading states.
- Comfort with custom code when needed (custom actions/functions/widgets) while staying FlutterFlow-first.
- You’re AI-native: you actively use modern AI tools for development/design/testing and can describe your workflow clearly.
- You’re organized: you keep ClickUp updated, communicate clearly, and document decisions.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with schema-driven UI rendering (component registries / cardsets / dynamic layouts).
- Experience with AI-powered apps (chat UX, streaming responses, voice UX patterns).
- Basic backend capabilities (light API work, debugging, data transformations).
